"I took this picture of an old house in Delaware City across from Pea Patch Island or Fort Delaware. When I
zoom in close, in the middle window appears to be a little girl looking out."

"I took the pic while walkiing down the street in Delaware City, which is across
from Fort Delaware from the Civil War days. The street name is Clinton St.
(very old in Delaware City). It was on a Tuesday early afternoon. The street
is on the river that over-looks Fort Delaware."
