Reflect, Journal, and Prepare
Many contributors find that writing or sketching their experiences first helps them notice patterns and process emotions.
Write it down — record details while fresh in your mind.
Draw or illustrate — helpful for children or visual thinkers.
Reflect quietly — notice what the experience may be trying to show you.
Then, if you feel ready, share your story with us via email.
Children - Families
Children sometimes encounter the unseen in ways adults may not notice. Shadows, voices, or dreams can feel confusing or magical.
For Parents:
- Listen carefully and without judgment
- Encourage them to share what they see or feel
- Help them understand these experiences aren’t dangerous
For Children:
- You’re not alone — many kids sense things adults cannot
- Pay attention to feelings and messages
- Draw, write, or talk about what you notice
Parents and children can submit experiences, drawings, or short videos to stories@angelsghosts.com.
