"It looks like a little paper boy from the 20’s or 30’s. It looks like a bag is hanging over his shoulder that would carry the papers, and the hat is similar to what they wore."
Conclusion:
After looking at the reflection, we cannot find a person standing in the proper place to create the striking image. In fact, if it were a reflection, the shadow image would actually be upside down to match the rest of the shadows cast by people on the floor.
