I was about 8 or 9 years old. And my older sister was two years older than me. We lived in Nespelem, Washington on the Colville Indian Reservation.
We were staying the weekend with our godmother there, sleeping in the living room. My sister was sleeping next to me.
In the middle of the night, I was awakened by something. I looked up, and there were numerous amounts of white round orbs flying through the living room as if they were going in a big circle through the whole house. I was a child so, of course, I was afraid. I kept asking them what they wanted. I asked them to leave us alone.
They continued flying through the house for maybe 10 minutes or so. I was so startled by the sight that I knocked at my godmother's door to tell her what I had just seen and that I was scared. She yelled at me through the door to go back to bed.
While the orbs were flying through the house, I also tried to awaken my sister; but she would'nt open her eyes. Her head was under the blankets.
About 6 months ago (I am now 49 years old), my older sister told me that she also had seen the orbs. I asked her why she did'nt answer me when I kept trying to wake her up. She said she was too scared.
I have just recently looked online to see what these lights could be or were. I still don't know if it was a good thing, or a bad thing, that happened that night. A spiritual (occurrence) or something else?
