At Angels & Ghosts, we receive tons of ghost and angel pictures from all over the world, monthly. The most common picture we receive are called "orb" pictures. We do not claim to be experts on "orb" pictures, as many disagree as to the significance of them in the ghost hunting community. Orbs can be caused by moisture, dust, flash reflection, solar flare and spiritual energy. Many have videotaped orbs flying around rooms - some are dust with light reflecting off of it; others are balls of energy that many ghost hunters are not sure just what they represent. We do not claim to have the answers, but we seek to present the evidence we receive and allow our viewers to research and decide on their own.
It is hard to determine exactly the source of an orb for sure...some are downright questionable, thus we cannot post all orb pictures we receive. The following pictures have orbs in them, and we are not sure what caused them. We could claim them to be dust, but do we really know that? We just posted these orb pics together (received from different people), so you could see how orbs appear in photographs of all types...
1-3: There are two close-ups of the same orb from this original picture, sent to us by Judy: "One is the original and the other two are lightened, darkened and rotated to bring out the objects inside. When I developed the pictures this one stood out to me – I noticed as I enlarged it...that there was clearly a face on the upper right."
4-6: "The first picture was taken in my living room. The second is the back of my house, their wasn't a moon that night and it wasn't there when I took this picture. I took this picture (third pic) on the night of a full moon." - Christy

8 & 9: "I took these pictures while in Merida, Mexico (in the Yucatan) March 2006. The pictures were taken of the buildings surrounding the town square early in the evening. The conditions were clear. Music was being played in the square at the time the pictures were taken. The orbs began to dissipate after the music stopped." - Katy Allison
10: Caused by the lights or something else?
"...recently taken by our painter with an old camera...not digital photos. The orbs at the ceiling are looking towards the old house, the room the photo was taken in is a new addition." - Phil
