Ghost Face?

Is this face, seen staring from the window, a ghost?

Eric Crites took this picture and might have photographed someone peering at him as if a spirit selfie was happening at the same time. Is the stark facial image an entity behind the glass? Or, could it just appear to be a human-like face, the form being made from reflection, etc.?
