"I was on the boat alone (security) and took this and several more pics from the third deck. This was the only one that came out like this. He's kind of hard to miss. I can make out facial features and clothing. Looks like he's wearing 'old burlap sack clothing' and a belt."
1: We can see the shadow ghost sitting and leaning forward. But look closer, and you can see someone also sitting in the chair and features can be made out!
2 & 3: We outlined the two images; one looks like a shadow ghost and the other an apparition. Could it be the same ghost moving? Is this the same ghost manifesting differently?
